There is no voice wake-up instructions when checking into a smart hotel. There are so many voice assistants and I don’t even know what the wake-up word is. But after the TV turned on automatically, the remote control ran out of power and the host could not be turned off manually. It was already past ten o'clock in the evening when I checked in, and I wanted to sleep. Couldn't turn off the TV. The only information on the desk is about damage compensation and charge for ordering food, which is quite unfriendly. The first time I called the front desk, I was informed that the remote control was not working and asked for the wake-up word of the voice assistant. The other party said it was Xiao Ai's classmate and did not want to solve the remote control problem. After hanging up the phone, trying "Xiao Ai Classmates" cannot wake it up. The second time I called the front desk, they said they would send an engineer to solve the problem. No one came to solve the problem for half an hour, and I was really sleepy. On the third call, another employee said the wake-up word was Xiaodu Xiaodu. I finally woke up successfully and turned off the TV, but the experience was very bad. Meanwhile, upon entering the room, there was no soap, no hand sanitizer. As a star hotel, this should be the most basic equipment! I also had to call and ask for hand sanitizer.

The yard and underground parking lot are large enough, so parking is stress-free. The room is large, clean and tidy, and the bathroom is spacious. The breakfast is good. Backed by the Erfei Temple scenic area, the scenery along the river is great.

Vienna is the only hotel in Quanzhou County that allows pets. Thumbs up for Vienna. Many hotels in big cities now allow pets, but my hometown county can't accommodate a dog. I am very grateful to Vienna Hotel for accommodating my beloved baby. My baby is both docile and cute. Although a little older, he is very lovable and doesn't make noises. Thank you for tolerating him (Golden Retriever, Border Collie, Labrador are all very docile medium-sized dogs, and there are many other breeds of dogs that are very docile). Vienna not only has a good environment, high grade and affordable price, but also has good service, good attitude, kind heart and beautiful people.

I could see a corner of the river view through the gap between the buildings, which was really a gimmick... The surrounding area is quite remote, with nothing to eat, but the county town is not big and you can get there in 10 minutes by taxi

The family suite is large and comfortable, but the door is not very soundproof. People talking in the corridor outside the door sound like they are in front of you. The delivery robot is too loud. At 11 o'clock in the middle of the night, it went to the next room to deliver food and it was like calling at my door. It was a bit noisy. The breakfast was not bad. The front desk also gave children breakfast coupons, which is a compliment. When I choose a hotel, I care more about whether there is a basement, whether it is clean and tidy, and whether the parking is spacious and safe. I have to praise here that the underground garage has epoxy flooring, there are not many cars, and it is also safe to park.

Smart hotels are good in such a small county. Although it seems to be tight to check in on Valentine's Day, I still found the chess and card room suite I liked. The coffee in the lobby is very fragrant.
